St. Brendan's GAA is a wonderful co-ed youth Gaelic sports club based in Orange County, New York and we invite all children to come have a great experience with our club. Every year we look forward to fielding teams of Gaelic Football and hurling with age groups ranging from Under-8 to Under-18.

The season consists of two parts, Championship season which runs from the first week of April through the end of June. We break for July and August and then pick up again in the fall for the League Season. This starts in September and runs through November.  Gaelic Football and Hurling games are played on the weekends - schedules to be announced.

Weekly practices are held  in Monroe at our field which is located within Gonzaga Park at 379 Seven Springs Mountain Rd, just off of Route 208.  We have a few home games and the remainder are away in the tri-state area such as Rockland, New Jersey, Connecticut, The Bronx, Long Island, and Westchester.

For additional fun outside the seasonal matches, there is an opportunity for U14 boys and girls to tryout for the New York Gaelic football and hurling  teams that go to Ireland every year to compete in the Feile Peile na nOg competition and we also compete in the Continental Youth Championship here in the USA every year. This is an annual event and is held in a different state every summer.  The 2021 CYC games begin in August and will be in Chicago, Illinois.

Come and join us and you too will love the Gaelic sports and enjoy the camaraderie and friendship our club has to offer.
