To register your child(ren), you must complete the Player Registration each year along with an updated Medical Release form.   In addition to completing the St. Brendan's GAA registration and medical form, parents need to create an account and register their player(s) with the New York Minor Board for insurance purposes.  Upon completion of the pdf forms, parents should send forms via email to Kathleen Parker at katparkergaa@gmail.com 

 

If your child(ren) have already registered with the NYMB, you still need to visit the NYMB registration page, sign in, and update any outdated information for the new year.
